Where to Find Help
Mango provides several layers of help — from in-app contextual assistance to community forums and direct Radix IoT support.
In-app contextual help
Every page in the Mango UI includes a help icon (?) in the upper-right corner of the header. Clicking it opens a help panel with documentation specific to the page or feature you're currently using. Many form fields also have individual help icons that explain specific settings.
This contextual help covers configuration fields, expected formats, and common options for each data source, event handler, and system page.
