Watch Lists

Watch lists are Mango's primary tool for monitoring groups of data points in real time. A watch list collects data points into a table view where you can see live values, compare trends on a chart, view statistics, and export data.

Watch lists come in three types:

  • Static -- A manually curated list of data points selected from anywhere in the system.
  • Point query -- A dynamic list driven by RQL queries and user-selectable parameters. The list updates automatically as points are added or removed from the system.
  • Point hierarchy -- A list based on the folder structure of the point hierarchy.
